Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold on SoundHaus, including exclusive tracks, stems, MIDI files, and custom production services, are 100% digital products.

There is no physical shipping involved. You will not receive any physical package, CD, USB drive, or vinyl record in the mail.

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive access to your purchased files through two methods:

• Account Dashboard: The files will be immediately available for download in your SoundHaus buyer dashboard.
• Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing the download instructions and order receipt will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery of pre-made exclusive tracks is instantaneous.

As soon as the payment gateway successfully clears your transaction, the platform automatically grants you access to the download links.

For custom production services, delivery timelines will be agreed upon in the project scope before commencement, and final files will be delivered digitally upon completion.

If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your files or if you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder.
