SoundHaus Creator License (Buyer License)
Effective Date: 15th March 2026
This Creator License governs the rights granted to buyers who purchase music from SoundHaus.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, the buyer receives full ownership and exclusive rights to the purchased track.
The buyer may:
- Release the track under their own artist name
- Distribute commercially
- Use the track in films, videos, advertisements, and digital media
- Perform the track publicly
- Monetize the track across platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and streaming services
2. Exclusive Ownership
SoundHaus sells each track only once.
Once purchased:
- The track is removed from the marketplace
- No other customer will be able to purchase the same track
3. File Delivery
Buyers receive:
- High-quality audio files
- Any included stems or project files (if listed)
All files are delivered digitally.
4. Restrictions
The buyer may not:
- Resell the track as a standalone product
- Upload the track to other marketplaces for resale
- Claim authorship of the original producer unless the Producer waives credit
5. Transfer of Rights
Ownership transfers to the buyer upon successful payment.
The buyer becomes the exclusive rights holder of the purchased track.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods:
- All sales are final once files are downloaded
- Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical delivery failure
7. Copyright Responsibility
After purchase, the buyer assumes responsibility for registering or distributing the track under their chosen artist name.
