Welcome to SoundHaus ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

SoundHaus operates a digital marketplace where users may purchase exclusive music tracks, ghost production services, and related digital assets, including stems and project files.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

SoundHaus provides:

• Exclusive music tracks sold with full rights transfer
• Custom ghost production services
• Digital downloads including WAV files, stems, MIDI files, and project files
• Marketplace functionality allowing approved producers to sell tracks

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

When purchasing an exclusive track:

• Full ownership rights to the master recording are transferred to the buyer.
• The track is permanently removed from the marketplace.
• The buyer receives digital delivery of files (WAV, stems, project files where applicable).
• The producer relinquishes all commercial rights to the buyer.
• The buyer is solely responsible for distribution, registration, and monetization of the track.

Custom ghost production services are delivered according to the scope agreed upon before production begins.

SoundHaus reserves the right to define reasonable revision limits unless otherwise specified in writing.

Final delivery includes agreed files and rights transfer documentation.

Producers selling tracks on SoundHaus:

• Confirm they own all rights to the music they upload.
• Warrant that no copyrighted or unauthorized material is included.
• Agree to transfer full rights to the buyer upon sale.
• Accept the commission structure defined by SoundHaus.

SoundHaus reserves the right to remove content that violates intellectual property laws or quality standards.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

SoundHaus does not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of fraudulent activity or chargebacks.

All content on the SoundHaus website, including branding, text, graphics, and design, remains the intellectual property of SoundHaus.

Purchased tracks become the intellectual property of the buyer upon confirmed payment.

SoundHaus shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Label rejections
• Distribution platform disputes
• Third-party claims beyond our control

Users assume full responsibility for how purchased music is used and distributed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraud
• Attempt unauthorized downloads
• Violate copyright laws
• Abuse marketplace functionality
