Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and exclusive rights transfer, all sales are final.

Once a track has been downloaded or access has been granted, refunds are not available.

Custom production payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is canceled before production begins, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of SoundHaus.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing files, contact support immediately. We will ensure delivery of purchased content.

Technical assistance does not constitute grounds for refund if files were successfully delivered.

Chargebacks or false refund claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
